John Deere 523949.05 – CSC: Low Amp Draw At Cab Suspension Raise Solenoid

The control unit has measured a current at the signal input of the solenoid valve for raising the cab suspension that is too low.    Restart the tractor to verify if the active Diagnostic Trouble Code reappears, as resetting communication messages may clear it.

   Use a multimeter to measure the current in the solenoid valve circuit to ensure it is within the specified range.

   Check the resistance of the solenoid coil to determine if the internal winding has failed (open circuit).

   Secure the Machine

   Park the tractor on a level surface, engage the park brake, and turn off the engine.
