Check the cause
Check the diagnostic display for primary active fault codes (e.g., position sensor voltage <0.5V or >4.5V, or calibration faults), as this is a secondary code.
Visually inspect around the batteries and alternator for any signs of damage or accumulated debris.
Check fuse F30, which supplies voltage to the SFA system.
Inspect the front axle position sensors (TLS rockshaft sensors) and their wiring harnesses for physical damage, corrosion, or loose connections.
Inspect the physical control rod/linkage that connects the axle to the position sensor to ensure it is not bent, broken, or binding.
Repair steps
Address the Primary Fault
Repair the root cause identified by the primary error code. If the primary code indicates a sensor voltage issue (e.g., greater than 4.5V or less than 0.5V), the position sensor or its wiring harness is likely faulty and needs replacement.
Resolve Power Issues
If the primary code points to an SFA Switched Supply Voltage Low issue, replace fuse F30 if blown, clean the battery terminals, and clear any debris from the alternator.
