Check the cause
Diagnose and resolve any other active CSC codes first, as they may point to a broader electrical issue.
Inspect the wiring harness and connections to the cab suspension position sensor (Sensor B110) for signs of damage, looseness, or short circuits to power.
Specifically check the 5-volt supply wire just behind the connector on the wiring harness, as it is known to break or fray and cause this specific code.
Use a voltmeter to measure the voltage at the cab suspension sensor to confirm if the readings are out of the valid range when the cab is raised.
Repair steps
Repair Wiring
Repair or replace any damaged, broken, or exposed wires and connectors found during the visual inspection.
Replace Sensor
If the wiring is intact but the sensor provides incorrect voltage readings during testing, replace the faulty cab position sensor to ensure accurate position detection.
Recalibrate
After resolving the hardware issue (whether wiring or sensor replacement), you must reset the system and perform a full recalibration of the cab suspension system to ensure accurate sensor data and proper operation.
