The control unit detects a signal voltage of less than 0.25 volts from the cab position sensor (B110) when the cab suspension is at its absolute bottom position during operation or a calibration routine.

   Inspect the sensor circuit (wiring harness) for breaks, especially the 5-volt supply wire just behind the connector.

   Check the sensor output using a multimeter or diagnostic tool to ensure it does not drop below 0.25V when the cab is fully lowered.

   Verify that all necessary calibration conditions (e.g., engine speed within correct RPM range, tractor completely stationary) are met before attempting calibration.

   Locate the Sensor

   Find the cab position sensor (B110), typically located at the rear left or center of the cab suspension linkage.

   Inspect and Clean Connections

   Disconnect the sensor harness. Inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or pushed-back terminals.

   Test the Harness

   Turn the key to the ON position and test the harness connector for a steady 5-volt reference signal and a good ground. If the 5-volt wire is broken (especially right behind the connector plug), repair the wiring harness using an appropriate pigtail or splice.

   Replace the Sensor

   If the wiring is intact, the 5-volt reference is present, but the sensor output remains below 0.25V at the bottom position, the internal potentiometer of the sensor has failed. Remove the mounting hardware, swap in the new sensor, and reconnect the linkage.

   Recalibrate the System

   After repairing the wire or replacing the sensor, you must perform a full cab suspension calibration via the tractor's command center/monitor to teach the CSC module the new top and bottom voltage limits.
