   Check the CAN bus wiring harness connecting the AIC (Armrest Interface Control / Cab Module) to the HCC (Rear Chassis Module) for breaks, chafing, or shorts.

   Inspect the connectors at both the HCC and the AIC for pushed-back pins, corrosion, or moisture intrusion that could disrupt the CAN signal.

   Verify that the rear hitch command lever and depth control regulator are functioning and sending data.

   Safety First

   Park the machine on a level surface, lower the hitch/implements to the ground, turn off the engine, and relieve any hydraulic pressure.

   Access the Modules

   Locate the HCC (Rear Chassis Module) and the AIC (Armrest Interface Control) inside the cab/armrest.

   Harness Repair

   If the diagnostic checks reveal a broken CAN bus wire or damaged connector between the AIC and HCC, repair the wiring harness or replace the damaged connector pins.

   Module Replacement

   If the wiring is fully intact and the CAN bus connection is still missing (indicating an internal failure of the HCC's CAN transceiver), remove the mounting hardware and disconnect the HCC module.
