Check the cause
Check the machine's current engine hours on the instrument cluster.
Consult the maintenance schedule in the Operator's Manual to determine exactly which service interval has been reached (e.g., engine oil, hydraulic fluid, air filters).
Review the machine's service logs to confirm what maintenance was last performed and what is currently due.
Repair steps
Perform Required Service
Complete the scheduled maintenance tasks required for the current hour interval (e.g., changing the engine oil and filter, replacing fuel filters, changing hydraulic/transmission fluid and filters, and greasing all lubrication points).
Access the Display
Turn the key switch to the ON position (with the engine off).
Navigate to Service Intervals
Access the diagnostic/settings menu on the ICC (Instrument Cluster) or CommandCenter display. On many models, this is done by pressing the "Roll Mode" switch or navigating through the digital display menu to the "Service Intervals" or "Maintenance" section.
Reset the Indicator
Select the specific service interval that was just completed and follow the on-screen prompts to reset the service hours to zero.
Verify
Once reset, the 000916.14 code will clear, and the system will begin counting down to the next service interval.
