Kubota 3 – Dash: Service Due Shortly Reminder

This is not a component failure fault code, but a pre-programmed maintenance reminder logged by the dash panel or Intellipanel. The message alerts the operator that a scheduled periodic service interval is approaching, typically appearing 10 hours before the maintenance is due.

   Consult the machine's owner's manual to identify which specific scheduled maintenance interval has been reached (e.g., 250 hours, 500 hours)

   Check if engine oil and filter require changing

   Check if the air filter requires cleaning or replacement

   Perform scheduled maintenance

   Perform all maintenance tasks specified in the operator's manual for the current hour interval before attempting to reset the indicator.

   Reset L30 Series tractors

   Scroll through the display until it shows engine hours, then press both display buttons simultaneously until the indicator clears.

   Reset Grand L 60 Series (Intellipanel)

   Tap the display button to navigate to 'Service Inspect Mode'. Press and hold the display button to enter the maintenance log. Tap to scroll to the completed task, then press and hold the display button to reset its hour counter to zero.

   Reset KX61-3 excavators

   With the key on, press the working light button (for the boom) for more than 3 seconds to reset the service period indicator.

   Reset KX161-3 excavators

   Turn the ignition key to the 'ON' position (without starting the engine). Press and hold the mode or reset button on the display panel until the service indicator blinks or turns off.

   Reset other models (General)

   Turn the ignition on, navigate the display to the service hours screen, and long-press a display or mode button until the light resets.
