There is a communication failure on the tractor's Controller Area Network (CAN BUS). Specifically, the instrument cluster (Dash) is not receiving the expected data packets or status updates from the Linkage Module, which is responsible for controlling the rear 3-point hitch/linkage system.

   Verify the battery is fully charged and the alternator is outputting correct voltage, as low voltage can cause modules to drop off the CAN network.

   Check the main fuse box for blown fuses or faulty relays that supply power to the Rear Linkage Module.

   Look for other CAN BUS codes (e.g., 00.0.71 Engine Module missing, 00.0.72 Transmission Module missing). Multiple missing modules indicate a main CAN BUS wiring fault or a failed terminating resistor.

   Locate the Linkage Module (rear of tractor near linkage valve block or under rear cab floor) and inspect the multi-pin connectors for moisture, corrosion, or backed-out pins.

   With the battery disconnected, measure the resistance between the CAN High and CAN Low pins at the diagnostic port. A healthy CAN BUS should read approximately 60 ohms. A reading of 120 ohms indicates an open circuit or a missing terminating resistor.

   Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent electrical spikes.

   Access the Linkage Module

   Remove the necessary rear cab panels or mudguard covers to access the Rear Linkage Module and its wiring harness.

   Disconnect the harness from the Linkage Module. Use a high-quality electrical contact cleaner to clean both the module pins and the harness plug. Apply dielectric grease and firmly reconnect them.

   If the CAN High or CAN Low wires are chafed or broken (common near pivot points or where the harness routes under the cab), splice and solder the wires, sealing them with heat-shrink tubing.

   If power, ground, and CAN continuity to the Linkage Module are all verified as good, the module itself has likely suffered an internal failure. Unbolt the old module, install the replacement, and reconnect the harness.
