   Harness & Connector Check: Remove the side console/armrest trim to expose the wiring at the base of the T-Handle. Check the connector for backed-out pins, corrosion, or moisture.

   Voltage/Continuity Test: Using a multimeter, check the signal wire from the T-Handle to the Dash controller. Verify if the voltage sweeps smoothly (if it's a potentiometer style) or if the switches show proper continuity when the handle is toggled. An erratic voltage reading or an open circuit confirms a failed T-Handle switch assembly.

   Harness Integrity: Check the wiring harness where it routes through the armrest pivot points (if applicable), as wires can chafe and short to ground, throwing a voltage error.

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor, remove the key, and disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent electrical shorts.

   Access the Shifter Assembly

   Carefully pry up or unscrew the plastic trim/boot surrounding the gear shift lever on the right-hand console or armrest.

   Disconnect Wiring

   Locate the electrical connector at the base of the T-Handle and disconnect it.

   Remove the T-Handle

   Remove the retaining hardware (usually a set screw, retaining clip, or base bolts) securing the T-Handle to the shifter support shaft. Pull the handle straight up and off the shaft.

   Install the New Part

   Slide the new T-Handle onto the support shaft and secure it with the retaining hardware.

   Reconnect

   Plug the electrical connector back into the harness. Ensure it clicks into place securely.

   Reassembly

   Reinstall the console trim and the gear lever boot.

   Test

   Reconnect the battery. Turn the key on and clear the inactive 00.01.36 fault code via the Dash display. Start the tractor and test the Dynashift functions (upshift/downshift) to ensure smooth operation.
