Issue description
The controller is receiving an abnormal, missing, or out-of-range electrical signal from the park lock switch, which is integrated into the steering column's forward/reverse shuttle lever.

Check the cause
Inspect the wiring harness leading to the Power Control lever for chafed wires, tight bends, or damaged insulation
Disconnect the lever's electrical connector and inspect pins for corrosion, pushed-back terminals, or debris
Test the park lock switch circuit for continuity when the lever is engaged and disengaged to verify if internal contacts have failed
Check cab fuses related to the neutral switches, transmission controls, and park lock switch
Repair steps
Park the tractor on a level surface, turn off the engine, and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts.

Remove the plastic shrouds/cowling surrounding the steering column to expose the base of the Power Control lever.

Locate and disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector attached to the lever assembly.

Unbolt the retaining hardware securing the lever assembly to the steering column bracket.

Remove the faulty lever.

Install the new Power Control lever and secure it with the mounting hardware.
