   Test the Range 1 switch (L56) to ensure there are no inconsistencies between the physical switch state and the solenoid valve state.

   Disconnect the L52 solenoid and use a multimeter to check the coil's resistance to confirm if the internal coil has failed.

   Safely park the tractor, turn off the engine, and ensure all hydraulic and transmission pressure is relieved.

   Locate the transmission control valve block on the side of the gearbox housing.

   Identify the Range 1 solenoid valve (L52) and its corresponding flange.

   Disconnect the electrical harness connector from the L52 solenoid.

   Remove the retaining screws holding the solenoid valve and its flange to the transmission housing.

   Extract the faulty solenoid valve.

   Lubricate the O-rings on the new solenoid valve with clean transmission fluid and insert it into the valve block.
