   Verify battery voltage and check the power/ground circuits feeding the Transmission Controller, as low supply voltage can cause the module's software to glitch or fail to boot properly.

   Attempt to clear the fault code using a diagnostic tool or perform a hard reset by disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes to resolve potential transient voltage spikes.

   Check for accompanying calibration codes such as 04.00.EE or 04.00.F0, which indicate the software has lost its calibration memory.

   Software Reflash

   Connect the AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool (EDT) to the tractor's diagnostic port. Attempt to reflash or update the Transmission Controller (TRANS) to the latest OEM software version.

   Module Replacement

   If the controller refuses to accept the flash, or if the code immediately returns after a successful flash, the internal memory (EEPROM/Flash) has physically failed. The Transmission Control Unit must be replaced.

   Calibration

   Whether the module is reflashed or replaced, you must perform a full transmission calibration. This includes calibrating the Power Shuttle, the clutch pedal, and the drive pedal to ensure smooth shifting and engagement.
