   Check System Voltage: Verify battery health, alternator output, and check for related codes like T130 (Transmission Module Low Supply Voltage).

   Inspect Wiring and Connectors: Locate the transmission control module and inspect the wiring harness. Look for water ingress, corrosion, or loose pins that could interrupt power or CAN BUS communication.

   Check for Accompanying Codes: Look for active CAN BUS communication errors or sensor faults that might be triggering a software failsafe.

   Software Version Check: Connect the AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool (EDT) to verify the current software version on the TRANS module and check if a factory software patch/update has been released to resolve this specific bug.

   Power Down

   Disconnect the tractor's battery before handling the transmission control module to prevent electrical spikes.

   Clean Connections

   If any moisture or corrosion was found during the diagnostic checks, clean the connectors with electrical contact cleaner and apply dielectric grease.

   Reflash/Update Software

   Reconnect the battery. Using the AGCO EDT, attempt to reflash the transmission controller with the latest OEM software.

   Module Replacement (If Necessary)

   If the software update fails, the module will not accept the flash, or the code immediately returns, the internal memory/processor of the controller has physically failed. Remove the old module and install a new OEM Transmission Control Unit.

   Recalibration

   Whether the software was updated or the module was replaced, you must perform a full transmission calibration procedure. This includes calibrating the drive pedal, clutch pedal, and transmission turbo clutch (resolving potential subsequent codes like 04.02.EC or 04.02.EE).

   Clear Codes

   Clear the DTCs and test drive the tractor to ensure smooth shuttle operation and range changes.
