   Check battery health, alternator output, and battery cables for corrosion to rule out low voltage or voltage drops

   Inspect the wiring harness connecting to the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) for moisture, chafing, or loose pins

   Perform a diagnostic scan to pull the full error report and check for secondary codes (e.g., low supply voltage code T130)

   Verify transmission fluid levels and condition, as hydraulic pressure issues can trigger erratic sensor readings

   Clear the Code

   Use a diagnostic tool to clear the DTC from the system memory. Cycle the tractor's key and operate the machine to see if the code returns.

   Software Update/Reflash

   Have a certified dealer reflash or update the firmware on the Transmission Module using the official EDT software.

   Module Replacement

   If the software update fails, or if the module is internally shorted/bricked, the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) must be replaced.

   Calibration

   If a new TCU is installed, you must use a diagnostic tool to calibrate the transmission (clutch bite points, range sensors, etc.) before returning the tractor to service.
