   Verify the battery health and check for low supply voltage to the transmission module.

   Connect a compatible diagnostic tool to clear the DTC and determine if it was a temporary anomaly or a hard, recurring fault.

   Ensure the CAN BUS communication lines to the transmission module are secure and free of corrosion.

   Check the current software version on the TCM and consult an AGCO dealer for available software patches or updates.

   Software Flash/Update

   If the code returns after clearing, re-flash or update the Transmission Control Module with the latest OEM software using the dealer diagnostic tool.

   Module Replacement

   If the software update fails, the module refuses to take the flash, or the code persists after a successful update, the Autotronic/Transmission Control Module is internally corrupted and must be replaced.

   Installation

   Locate the Autotronic module, disconnect the battery, unplug the multi-pin connectors, and swap the module.

   Programming

   Program the new or remanufactured Autotronic module using an Autotronic conversion programming kit or dealer software to match the tractor's specific serial number, transmission type, and options.

   Calibration

   After programming, perform a full transmission calibration (clutch pedal, drive pedal, and range sensors) via the diagnostic tool.
