Massey Ferguson 05.00.83 – SUSPENSION (Autotronic 4 or Autotronic 5): Issue With Signal Voltage From Suspended Front Axle Position Sensor During Calibration (SUSPENSION)

   Check the wiring harness leading to the X166 sensor for open circuits, short circuits to +12V, or short circuits to ground.

   Inspect the physical mounting and mechanical linkage of the X166 sensor on the front axle to ensure it hasn't been bent, damaged, or knocked out of alignment.

   Ensure the axle can physically move through its full range of motion by checking the lifting solenoid valve (X154) and lowering solenoid valve (X159).

   Repair any damaged wiring or clean corroded pins at the X166 sensor connector.
