   Check for related voltage codes (such as T130 or T132 - Transmission Module Low Supply Voltage), as low voltage can cause software logic errors.

   Verify power supply by testing the battery voltage and inspecting the fuses/relays supplying power to the transmission controller to ensure it is receiving a steady >12V.

   Perform a diagnostic scan using a compatible diagnostic tool (such as AGCO EDT or Jaltest AGV) to read real-time data, verify CAN bus communication, and check the current software version on the transmission controller.

   Software Update / Reflash

   Connect the tractor to the dealer diagnostic software (AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool). Check for available software updates for the Transmission Control Unit. Reflash the module with the latest software version.

   Module Replacement

   If the module refuses to take the update, is 'bricked,' or the internal memory has failed, the Transmission Control Unit must be physically replaced.

   Transmission Calibration

   Whether the software was updated or the module was replaced, you must perform a full transmission calibration (e.g., Power Shuttle / Dyna-6 calibration).

   Temperature Verification

   Ensure the transmission fluid is within the critical temperature range before calibrating. For optimum calibration, the fluid must be between 35°C and 45°C (authorized up to 60°C). Calibrating outside this range will result in poor shifting quality or failed calibration.

   Clear Codes

   Clear the DTCs and test drive the tractor to ensure the transmission shifts smoothly through all ranges and the code does not return.
