   Verify the UTTO hydraulic fluid level and condition (look for dark, burnt, or milky fluid indicating water contamination)

   Relieve Pressure

   Turn off the tractor and actuate the hydraulic levers to relieve all residual pressure in the system before wrenching.

   If the diagnostic checks revealed degraded fluid or a clogged filter, drain the hydraulic fluid, replace the filter with an OEM unit, and refill with clean UTTO fluid.

   Wiring Repair

   If the harness connector to Valve 1 is damaged, clean the contacts with electronic cleaner and repair any broken wires.

   Valve Servicing/Replacement

   If the valve itself has failed (e.g., internal spool failure or failed position sensor), remove the hydraulic lines from External Valve 1. Unbolt the valve section from the auxiliary valve stack.

   Install New Valve

   Install the replacement spool valve/solenoid assembly, ensuring all O-rings and seals are properly seated. Reconnect the hydraulic lines and the electrical harness.
