   Check the hydraulic oil for contamination (dirt or debris) and inspect the hydraulic/transmission oil filters for blockages

   Retrieve and Verify

   Connect a compatible diagnostic tool to confirm code 0A.13.19 is active and check for any secondary electrical codes.

   Service the Basics

   If the hydraulic fluid is dirty or the filter is old, drain the fluid, replace the hydraulic/transmission filter, and refill with clean OEM-spec fluid.

   Repair Wiring

   If the diagnostic checks revealed a broken wire, rubbed harness, or corroded connector at the Valve 1 solenoid, repair the wiring harness and clean the contacts.

   Valve Maintenance

   If the electrical circuit is sound but the valve is sticking, remove the spool valve assembly. Clean the valve body, inspect the relief valve, and replace the internal O-rings.

   Component Replacement

   If the solenoid coil fails the resistance test, or if the internal spool is heavily worn/scored, replace the solenoid or the entire spool valve assembly.

   Clear Codes

   Reinstall the components, bleed the hydraulic system, and use the diagnostic tool to clear the DTCs from the TECU.
