   Retrieve Codes: Use a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool or interface device to pull all active DTCs to see if spool position sensor or communication codes are present alongside 0A.13.20.

   Inspect Connections: Check the wiring harness and electrical connectors at External Hydraulic Valve 1 for corrosion, damage, or a loose fit.

   Check Communication: Verify the CAN bus/wiring communication between the Dash and the Mid Mount Valve Module.

   Sensor Verification: Monitor the Spool Position Sensor value via the diagnostic tool to see if it is reading out of range.

   Disconnect battery

   Disconnect battery power before servicing the hydraulic valve electrical connections.

   Repair wiring

   Repair or replace any damaged wiring between the Mid Mount Valve Module and External Valve 1.

   Replace valve or sensor

   If the wiring is intact but the spool position sensor value is failing, remove and replace the External Hydraulic Valve 1 assembly or its dedicated spool position sensor.

   Reassemble and replace O-rings

   Reassemble the valve components and replace any mounting O-rings to prevent hydraulic leaks.

   Calibrate valves

   Reconnect the diagnostic tool and perform a 'Calibration OF Valves' procedure. The system must relearn the spool position sensor values for the new or repaired valve to clear the code.
