Check the cause

  1. Use a compatible diagnostic tool or interface device to confirm code 0A.23.19 and check for any accompanying codes

  2. Inspect wiring harnesses and connectors to External Hydraulic Valve 2 for damage, corrosion, or loose pins

  3. Verify the spool position sensor value to ensure it is not providing out-of-range readings

  4. Ensure there is proper communication between the Dash and the Mid Mount Valve Module

Repair steps

  1. Repair or replace wiring

Repair or replace any damaged wiring or connectors leading to External Hydraulic Valve 2.

  2. Replace sensor or switch

If the wiring is intact but the spool position sensor is failing, replace the sensor or the electric spool valve control switch.

  3. Rebuild or replace spool valve

If the valve itself is mechanically failing or leaking, rebuild it using a spool valve repair kit or replace the entire spool valve assembly.
