   Safety First

   Park the tractor on a level surface, lower all hydraulic implements to the ground, turn off the engine, and relieve all hydraulic pressure by cycling the hydraulic control levers.

   Locate the external hydraulic valve block (usually at the rear of the tractor or mid-mounted for loader applications).

   Clean and Reconnect

   Disconnect the electrical connector to Valve 2. Clean the contacts with electrical contact cleaner. Reconnect and test if the code clears, as connection issues are a primary cause of this fault.

   Replace the Valve/Slice

   If the wiring is intact and the spool position sensor or solenoid is internally failed, the specific 'slice' of the spool valve must be replaced. Cap the hydraulic lines to prevent contamination, unbolt the faulty spool valve section (slice), and install the replacement part.
