   Verify that the pilot pressure control unit for the electric spool valve is receiving the correct electrical signals.

   Use a compatible diagnostic tool to clear the DTCs and operate the valve to see if the code returns, determining if it is an active or intermittent fault.

   Turn off the tractor, remove the key, and ensure all hydraulic pressure is fully relieved from the system.

   Ensure safety by relieving hydraulic pressure before starting work.

   Locate the rear remote valve stack and identify the slice corresponding to External Hydraulic Valve 4.

   Identify the correct valve slice for replacement.

   Disconnect the 4-pin electrical connector from the faulty spool slice.

   Remove the electrical connection to the valve.

   Thoroughly clean the area around the valve stack to prevent dirt from contaminating the hydraulic system.

   Maintain cleanliness to avoid hydraulic contamination.

   Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the valve and cap them immediately.

   Prevent fluid loss and contamination by capping lines.

   Remove the tie-bolts securing the spool slice to the hydraulic valve block.

   Unbolt the faulty slice from the stack.

   Remove the faulty valve and install the new Electric Spool Slice, ensuring all O-rings and seals are properly seated.

   Install the replacement valve with correct seal placement.

   Reinstall and torque the mounting bolts to OEM specifications.

   Secure the new valve slice to the block.

   Reconnect the hydraulic lines and the 4-pin electrical connector.

   Restore hydraulic and electrical connections.

    Program/calibrate the new electric spool slice to the tractor using a dealer diagnostic tool.

    Important: The new electric spool slice will need to be programmed to the tractor.

    Top up the hydraulic fluid, start the tractor, check for leaks, and test the operation of the remote valve.

    Verify the repair by checking fluid levels, leaks, and functionality.
