   Use a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool to confirm if code 0A.50.22 is active or stored

   Visually inspect the wiring harness and electrical connector at the #5 external hydraulic valve for corrosion, damage, or loose pins

   Perform pin-out voltage and resistance tests on the #5 valve solenoid to determine if the issue is in the wiring or the valve itself

   Repair or replace wiring

   Repair or replace the damaged wiring harness/connector leading to the #5 hydraulic remote.

   Replace spool valve assembly

   If the wiring is intact and the solenoid fails electrical testing, the external hydraulic spool valve assembly (or its electronic control solenoid) must be replaced.

   Clear DTC

   Clear the DTC using a compatible diagnostic tool after the repair is complete.
