   Identify External Hydraulic Valve 5 (the 5th rear remote spool valve)

   Inspect the electrical wiring harness leading to the valve's solenoid for chafing, breaks, or corrosion

   Check the connector at the valve for loose pins, moisture, or debris

   Test the valve solenoid for proper electrical continuity and resistance

   Power down the tractor and relieve all hydraulic pressure from the system.

   Locate External Hydraulic Valve 5 at the rear remote block.

   Disconnect the electrical harness from the valve solenoid.

   Clean the electrical contacts.

   If the wiring harness is damaged, repair or replace the affected wiring section.

   Remove the retaining bolts for Valve 5.

   If the wiring is intact but the code persists, the valve solenoid or the valve body itself has failed.

   Install the replacement hydraulic valve/solenoid assembly.

   Reconnect the electrical harness.

   Start the tractor, cycle the hydraulic remotes, and use a compatible diagnostic tool to clear the 0A.52.2A code.
