Massey Ferguson 0A.60.29: External Hydraulic Valve 6 Issue

Issue description

Malfunction or communication/connection problem with the 6th external hydraulic remote valve (spool valve) on the tractor's hydraulic circuit.

Inspect the wiring harness, pins, and connector at External Hydraulic Valve 6 for corrosion, moisture, or damage.
Inspect the physical spool valve for external leaks or mechanical sticking, which can cause the electronic pilot pressure control to throw a fault.
Test the pilot pressure control unit, as it can fail independently of the main slice.

Depressurize the System
Ensure the tractor is off, implements are lowered, and hydraulic pressure is fully relieved before servicing.
Disconnect Wiring
Unplug the electrical harness from the affected Electric Spool Slice (Valve 6).
Remove the Valve
Unbolt the faulty spool slice from the hydraulic valve stack.
Rebuild or Replace
If the valve is mechanically leaking but electronically sound, install an OEM spool valve repair kit. If the electronic solenoid or internal slice is faulty, replace the entire Electric Spool Slice.
Programming
If a new Electric Spool Slice is installed, it must be programmed to the tractor using a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool before it will function correctly.
Clear Codes
Clear the DTCs from the system and test the hydraulic remote for proper operation.
