   Stroke the valve back and forth manually or via the controls to clear potential debris blockages.

   Ensure the hydraulic/transmission oil is clean and the remote valve filters are not blocked, as restricted flow can trigger valve faults.

   Inspect the wiring harness and the 6-pin Deutsch connectors at the valve block for corrosion, damage, or a short circuit.

   Ensure the pressure sensor on the valve bank is functioning and securely connected.

   Attempt to recalibrate the valve using the tractor's instrumentation (navigate to the EHR CAL screen). Note: Never connect an implement to a valve during calibration.

   Depressurize the system

   Turn off the tractor and relieve all hydraulic pressure from the remote valves.

   Disconnect electronics

   Unplug the CAN-bus harness and pressure sensor from External Valve 6.

   Remove the valve

   Unbolt the faulty spool valve section from the rear hydraulic block.

   Install the new valve

   Clean the mating surfaces, install new O-rings, and bolt the new valve section into the stack.

   Reassign address

   Depending on the tractor's configuration, assign the correct remote valve address in the Datatronic/EHR system.

   Calibrate the new valve

   Using the tractor's diagnostic screen or a special diagnostic tool (e.g., tool 380001903), navigate to the EHR CAL menu and run the calibration sequence to set the high and low stops for the new valve.
