   Inspect the wiring harness and electrical connector leading to External Hydraulic Valve 7 for corrosion, backed-out pins, or wire chafing.

   Check the solenoid on Valve 7 for proper resistance and verify that it is receiving the correct voltage from the tractor's harness when actuated.

   Ensure the spool valve is not mechanically stuck or leaking fluid, which could impede the solenoid's operation.

   Clear the DTC

   Clear the DTC using a diagnostic interface to see if it is an active or stored/intermittent code.

   Repair wiring or connector

   Repair any damaged wiring or replace the faulty connector at Valve 7.

   Replace valve assembly or solenoid

   If the electrical circuit is intact but the valve fails to respond, replace the external hydraulic valve assembly or its solenoid.
