Issue description
The tractor's onboard diagnostic system attempted to calibrate an electro-hydraulic valve but the procedure failed, timed out, or the sensor values returned were out of the acceptable range.

Check the cause
Ensure the hydraulic fluid is up to operating temperature, as cold fluid can cause sluggish valve response and calibration failures.
Check the wiring harness and connectors going to the loader mid-mount electro valve solenoids for open circuits, low amp draw, or high amp draw.
Verify that the spool position sensors are reading correctly and are not physically stuck or blocked by debris.
Check the voltage from the loader selector switch/joystick in the cab to ensure it is sending the correct baseline signals to the module.
Repair steps
Preparation
Park the tractor on flat ground. Ensure the engine speed is set to the specified calibration RPM (often 1500 rpm ± 100 rpm depending on the exact model).
Disengage Systems
Disengage the differential lock and front axle (4WD) to prevent interference with the calibration process.
Warm-Up Cycle
Repeatedly cycle the joystick/loader control lever before starting the calibration. This brings the control unit and solenoid valves up to the temperature of the transmission/hydraulic fluid, avoiding inaccuracies due to thermal imbalance.
Initiate Calibration
Access the System Information Screen (SIS) or use the dealer diagnostic tool to enter the valve calibration mode.
Execute
Follow the on-screen prompts to calibrate the joystick and the mid-mount valves. The system will automatically stroke the valves to learn their maximum, minimum, and neutral flow positions.
Replace Solenoid
If the calibration repeatedly fails, the internal PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) valve may be sticking due to dirt ingress, or the solenoid has failed mechanically and must be replaced.
