   Check hydraulic fluid and filters: Dirty oil or blocked hydraulic/transmission filters can restrict flow, causing the valves to respond too slowly to pass the automated calibration test.

   Inspect spool position sensors: Check for related codes (0B.01.17 through 0B.01.21) indicating issues with the spool position sensor value.

   Test solenoid amp draw: Check the mid-mount electro-valve solenoids for open circuits, low amp draw, or high amp draw.

   Check cab controls: Verify the voltage from the loader selector switch in the cab and ensure there is no communication loss between the dash and the valve module.

   Fluid Maintenance

   If the hydraulic oil is contaminated or the filter is old, drain the fluid and replace the hydraulic/transmission filters. Top up with OEM-spec hydraulic fluid.

   Wiring Inspection

   Inspect the wiring harness connecting the Mid Mount Valve Module to the dash and the individual spool solenoids. Clean any corroded connectors.

   Component Testing

   If wiring is intact, use a multimeter to test the resistance of the spool position sensors and the mid-mount electro-valve solenoids. Replace any sensor or solenoid that is shorted or out of spec.

   Recalibration

   Once the physical fault (sensor, solenoid, or fluid restriction) is resolved, use the tractor's dash interface or a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool to re-run the valve calibration procedure. The tractor must be at operating temperature for the calibration to complete successfully.

   Clear Codes

   Clear the DTCs using the diagnostic tool and test the loader/mid-mount functions to ensure the code does not return.
