Massey Ferguson 0B.02.16: No Communication Between The Dash and The Mid Mount Valve Module

Issue description

A network or wiring failure preventing data exchange between the tractor's dashboard and the electronic module responsible for controlling the mid-mount hydraulic valves (typically used for loader operations).

Check the cause

  1. Verify the physical wiring harness connections between the Dash Control Center and the Mid Mount Valve Module

  2. Check for open circuits, shorts to ground, or damaged pins in the communication bus (CAN bus) lines

  3. Ensure both the Dash and the Mid Mount Valve Module are receiving proper power and ground

Repair steps

  1. Repair or replace the damaged section of the wiring harness connecting the dash to the valve module.

  2. Replace the Mid Mount Valve Module if it has suffered an internal failure and is no longer broadcasting on the network.

  3. Replace the Dash Control Center / Instrument Cluster if it is failing to send or receive signals.
