Check the cause
Inspect the wiring harness and connectors on the hydraulic valves for connection problems
Check the loader mid-mount electro-valve solenoids for open circuits, low amp draw, or high amp draw
Verify the voltage from the loader selector switch in the cab
Connect a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool to read live data and attempt to clear the code to see if it is a hard fault or an intermittent glitch
Repair steps
Do not bypass calibration
Do not attempt to bypass the calibration. Trying to clear Massey Ferguson DTCs without the necessary knowledge or tools could potentially worsen the problem or lead to safety hazards.
Perform software calibration
Connect the tractor to Massey Ferguson dealer diagnostic software (such as EDT) to run the automated hydraulic valve calibration routine.
Replace component and recalibrate
If the calibration fails repeatedly during the software routine, the specific electro-valve or solenoid failing to calibrate must be replaced, followed by a re-run of the software calibration.
