Massey Ferguson 10.00.10 – AIRCON: Air Conditioning Evaporator Temperature Sensor Short Circuit
Issue description
The controller has detected a short circuit in the wiring or internal components of the temperature sensor located at the AC evaporator. This causes the sensor to send an impossible temperature value to the system. As a failsafe to prevent the evaporator core from freezing over, the system turns off the air conditioning compressor, preventing cooling.

Check the cause

If the sensor reads normal resistance, test the machine's wiring harness for a short circuit to ground or voltage.
