Issue description
An electrical fault—such as an open circuit, short circuit, or missing signal—between the Air Conditioning control module and the relay responsible for activating the optional cab heater pump.

Check the cause
Enter the tractor's diagnostic mode via the dashboard control panel to confirm if 10.00.22 is an active or stored code.
Locate the cab heater pump relay (usually in the cab fuse/relay panel). Swap it with a known good relay of the same type to see if the fault clears.
Inspect the wiring harness between the AC Module and the relay block. Look for chafed wires, loose pins, or corrosion that could interrupt the signal.
Use a multimeter to verify if the AC Module is sending the correct voltage signal to the relay coil when the cab heater is commanded on.
Repair steps
Disconnect Power
Turn off the tractor and disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts.
Access the Relay Panel
Open the fuse/relay access panel in the cab.
Replace the Relay
If the relay failed the diagnostic check, pull the faulty relay and install the replacement OEM relay.
Repair Wiring
If the wiring harness was found to be damaged during diagnostics, splice and heat-shrink the broken wires or replace the damaged connector pins.
Reassemble and Clear Codes
Reconnect the battery, turn the key to the ON position, and use the dashboard diagnostic menu (or a diagnostic scan tool) to clear the stored 10.00.22 code.
Test Operation
Turn on the cab heater and verify that the optional heater pump engages and no new codes are thrown.
