The electronic control system has detected an improper voltage supply (either too high, too low, or an open/short circuit) reaching the tractor's climate control or air conditioning module.

   Battery & Charging System Check: Use a multimeter to verify the battery voltage is at least 12.6V when off. Check the alternator and voltage regulator to ensure the system isn't overcharging or undercharging.

   Fuse Inspection: Check the cab fuse box for blown fuses related to the automatic air conditioning module, cab power, and ignition supply.

   Wiring Harness Inspection: Inspect the wiring harness leading to the AIRCON module for rub points, damage, or breaks.

   Connector Check: Locate the Air Conditioning Control Module and inspect its connectors (e.g., the blue and yellow connectors) for loose pins, moisture, or corrosion.

   Disconnect Power

   Always disconnect the negative battery terminal before performing electrical repairs to prevent short circuits.

   Repair Wiring/Fuses

   If a blown fuse was found during diagnostics, replace it with the exact OEM specified amperage. If the wiring harness is chafed or broken, splice and heat-shrink the damaged wires or replace the affected harness section.

   Test Voltage at the Module

   Reconnect the battery and turn the ignition on. Back-probe the AIRCON module connector to verify it is receiving proper operating voltage and has a solid ground.

   Replace or Repair the Module

   If the wiring, grounds, and fuses are all perfect but the module still registers a voltage fault or fails to power on, the internal circuitry of the Climate Control Panel has likely failed. You must remove the module from the cab dash/headliner and either install a new OEM replacement or send it to a specialized electronics remanufacturer (such as Circuit Board Medics).

   Clear Codes

   Use a diagnostic tool to clear the 10.00.29 fault code from the system and test the A/C operation.
