   Inspect the machine's wiring harness leading up to the cab roof/HVAC unit for any physical damage, breaks, or pinched wires.

   Disconnect the plug at the right blower motor resistor and check for melted plastic, burnt pins, or corrosion (highly common in HVAC high-current circuits).

   Test the blower motor itself by applying direct 12V power to ensure the motor hasn't seized, which can cause the resistor/controller to burn out prematurely.

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery isolator to prevent electrical shorts.

   Access the HVAC Unit

   Remove the cab roof hatch or interior headliner panels (depending on the specific tractor model) to access the air conditioning and blower motor assembly.

   Locate the Controller

   Locate the right-side blower motor and its attached fan speed controller/resistor block.

   Unplug the electrical harness connector from the speed controller. Remove the mounting screws securing the resistor/controller to the HVAC housing.
