   Locate the cab temperature sensor (typically in the return line of the air circulation filter, below the operator's seat, or mounted in the top right side of the fuse panel).

   Visually inspect the sensor connections and the wiring harness for physical damage, loose fitment, or corrosion.

   Perform a voltage/continuity test at the sensor circuit using a multi-meter. Voltage above 4.86 V indicates a short to power or an unplugged sensor; voltage below 0.7 V indicates a short to ground or a faulty sensor.

   Inspect the machine's main wiring harness for breaks or chafing if there is no power reaching the sensor.

   Power Down

   Turn off the machine and disconnect battery power if you will be repairing wiring.

   Access the Sensor

   Remove the necessary trim panels (e.g., below the operator seat or near the fuse panel) to access the cab temperature sensor.

   Repair Wiring (If Applicable)

   If the diagnostic checks revealed a damaged wire or corroded connector, repair the wiring harness and re-pin the connector as needed.

   Replace the Sensor

   If the wiring is intact but the sensor failed the voltage test, unplug the old sensor and install the replacement unit.

   Relocation (If Applicable)

   Check if your specific machine falls under AGCO Service Bulletin SB10-0258 (Cab Temperature Sensor Relocation Kit). If the sensor is suffering from heat soak or poor placement, you may need to install this relocation kit.

   Clear Codes

   Reconnect power, turn the ignition on, and use the AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool (EDT) to clear the fault codes. Test the A/C system to ensure the fan and compressor operate normally.
