   Connection Inspection: Check the electrical connectors at the flap motor and the AIRCON module for corrosion, rust, or bad contacts. Clean or repair them if necessary.

   Panel and Sensor Verification: Ensure the issue is not originating from the control panel. Related codes (such as 10.00.16 for the temperature dial, 10.00.17 for the fan speed dial, or 10.00.18 for the cab temperature sensor) can sometimes cause the AIRCON module to send incorrect signals to the flap motors.

   Mechanical Binding: Manually inspect the air circulation flap to ensure it is not physically jammed by dirt, debris, or a broken linkage, which would cause the motor to over-amp and throw a fault.

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts.

   Access the HVAC Unit

   Remove the necessary cab interior trim panels (often located in the cab roof or under the seat, depending on the specific tractor series) to gain access to the HVAC housing.

   Locate the Actuator

   Identify the air circulation flap motor (actuator) mounted on the side of the HVAC air distribution box.

   Disconnect

   Unplug the electrical wiring harness connector from the faulty flap motor.

   Remove the Motor

   Remove the mounting screws securing the actuator to the housing. Carefully pull the motor away, noting the position of the mechanical linkage/spline.

   Align the new actuator's linkage with the air circulation flap door. Secure it with the mounting screws.

   Reconnect and Test

   Plug the wiring harness back in. Reconnect the battery, turn on the ignition, and operate the HVAC controls (switching between fresh air and recirculation) to verify the flap opens and closes smoothly without binding.
