   Visual Inspection: Access the HVAC unit (typically located in the cab roof or under the dash, depending on the series) and locate the air vent circulation flap actuator/sensor. Inspect the wiring harness for chafing, rodent damage, or pinched wires.

   Connector Check: Disconnect the sensor plug and inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or pushed-out terminals.

   Voltage Test: Turn the ignition ON (engine off). Use a multimeter to measure the supply voltage pin at the sensor connector. It should receive a steady reference voltage from the AIRCON module. If voltage is missing, the issue is in the wiring harness or the AIRCON module itself.

   Continuity/Short Test: Test the supply wire for continuity back to the AIRCON module, and check that it is not shorted to ground or to another power wire.

   Disconnect Power

   Disconnect the tractor's battery to prevent electrical shorts during the repair.

   Access the HVAC Unit

   Remove the necessary cab interior trim panels (often the roof liner or console panels) to access the HVAC blower and flap assembly.

   Locate the Sensor/Actuator

   Find the air vent circulation flap motor/sensor assembly mounted on the side of the air distribution box.

   Remove the Faulty Unit

   Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the mounting screws holding the actuator/sensor to the HVAC housing and pull the unit free from the flap linkage.

   Align the new sensor/actuator with the flap linkage and secure it with the mounting screws. Do not overtighten, as the housing is plastic.

   Reassembly

   Reconnect the electrical harness. Reinstall all cab trim panels and headliners.

   Reconnect the battery. Turn the ignition on and use the tractor's diagnostic menu (or a dealer tool) to clear the 10.02.15 fault code. Cycle the air conditioning recirculation switch on the control panel to verify the flap moves smoothly and the code does not return.
