   Check the wiring, plugs, and sockets leading to the air circulation flap motor for any open circuits, short circuits, or disconnected cables

   Test the voltage supply to the actuator and check for increased resistance or overheating in the flap actuator circuit

   Verify that the CAN BUS is communicating properly with the AC module, as timeout errors or missing flap data frames can trigger this code

   Ensure the physical flaps inside the HVAC box are not jammed by debris, which can cause the motor to overwork and log a fault

   Safety First

   Disconnect the tractor's battery before beginning any electrical work to prevent short circuits.

   Access the HVAC Unit

   Locate the climate control/heating-ventilation assembly (typically located in the cab roof on Massey Ferguson tractors) and remove the necessary access panels.

   Locate the Actuator

   Identify the specific air circulation flap motor (actuator) logging the fault.

   Removal

   Disconnect the 2-wire or multi-pin electrical connector from the actuator. Remove the mounting screws holding the actuator to the HVAC housing and pull the motor away from the flap gear.

   Installation

   Align the gear/shaft of the new actuator with the air circulation flap mechanism and secure it with the mounting screws.

   Reconnection

   Plug the electrical connector back into the new actuator.

   Clear Codes

   Reconnect the battery. Plug in a diagnostic fault-code reader to erase the 10.02.20 fault code from the AC Module.

   Testing

   Start the tractor and operate the climate control panel to ensure the air circulation flaps adjust smoothly without logging a new code.
