Failure due to undervoltage. The supply signal voltage reaching the module has dropped lower than the minimum required operating value. When this code is triggered, the control unit typically defaults to operating in a degraded or safe mode.

   Wiring and Connector Check: Inspect the wiring harness leading to the Climate Control Panel/AIRCON module. Look for pinched wires, corrosion at the connector pins, or loose ground connections that could cause a voltage drop.

   Supply Voltage Verification: Back-probe the power supply wire at the AIRCON module connector with a multimeter to verify if the undervoltage condition is present at the module itself or if the module is falsely reporting it.

   Disconnect Power

   Turn off the tractor and disconnect the negative battery terminal before working on the electrical system.

   Resolve Supply Issues

   If the diagnostic checks revealed a bad battery, failing alternator, or blown fuse, replace the defective component.

   If the voltage drop is caused by damaged wiring between the fuse panel and the AIRCON module, splice and repair the damaged section using weather-resistant connectors, or clean any corroded ground terminals.

   If the power supply to the module tests perfectly normal but the code persists, the internal circuitry of the Climate Control Panel has likely failed. Remove the dashboard/console trim to access the AIRCON module.

   Disconnect the electrical harnesses from the rear of the module and remove it. Install a replacement OEM module, or send the faulty unit to an agricultural electronics repair specialist (such as Circuit Board Medics, which services these specific AGCO panels).

   Reconnect the battery, turn the ignition on, and use a diagnostic tool to clear the 10.02.28 fault code. Test the air conditioning system to ensure the blower and compressor engage properly.
