   Locate the Optional Cab Extra Fan Relay in the cab fuse/relay panel. Check for blown fuses, burnt relay pins, or corrosion in the socket.

   Test the wiring harness between the AC Module and the relay block. Look for open circuits, chafed wires, or a short to ground that would interrupt the signal.

   Use a multimeter to verify if the AC Module is actually sending the trigger voltage to the relay when the extra fan is commanded ON.

   Briefly jump the relay socket to ensure the extra cab fan motor itself operates and isn't drawing excessive amperage (which could burn out the relay or module circuit).

   Disconnect Power

   Disconnect the tractor's battery to prevent electrical shorts during repair.

   Access the Relay Panel

   Open the cab fuse/relay access panel and locate the specific relay for the extra cab fan.

   Replace the Relay

   If the relay failed testing (or as a cheap preventative measure), swap it with a known good relay of the same amperage.

   Repair Wiring

   If continuity testing revealed a break between the AC module and the relay, repair the damaged section of the wiring harness and secure it away from pinch points.

   Replace the AC Module (If Necessary)

   If the wiring is intact and the relay is functional, but the AC module fails to output the signal, the AC Module itself has an internal fault. Remove the cab trim to access the AC Module, unplug the harness connectors, and install the replacement module.

   Clear Codes

   Reconnect the battery, turn the ignition on, and use a diagnostic tool to clear the 10.03.23 fault code. Test the AC and extra fan functions to ensure the code does not return.
