The electronic control system has detected an abnormal signal, open circuit, or short circuit in the right-side cab blower motor resistor (fan speed controller) or its associated wiring circuit.

   Battery Voltage Check: Ensure the tractor's battery is fully charged (around 12.6V) and the alternator is charging correctly, as low voltage can trigger false AIRCON module codes.

   Visual Inspection of the Connector: Access the right fan speed controller and unplug the electrical connector. Look closely for brown scorch marks, melted plastic, or corroded pins.

   Blower Motor Draw Test: Check if the blower motor is stiff to turn by hand or noisy, which indicates excessive amperage draw that can burn out the fan speed controller.

   Wiring Continuity: Check the wiring harness between the AIRCON module and the right fan speed controller for shorts to ground or broken wires.

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor and remove the key from the ignition (or disconnect the negative battery cable). Failing to do this before unplugging HVAC components can trigger additional fault codes.

   Access the HVAC Unit

   Remove the interior roof headliner panels to expose the right-side blower housing, typically located in the cab roof canopy.

   Locate the Controller

   Locate the right cab fan speed controller (blower motor resistor), which is mounted directly into the blower motor housing.

   Remove the Controller

   Unplug the electrical harness. Remove the mounting screws (often Torx T25 screws) securing the resistor to the housing and pull the faulty unit out.

   Install the New Part

   Insert the new fan speed controller into the housing, secure it with the screws, and plug in the electrical connector.

   Test

   Reconnect the battery/turn the ignition on. Test the right cab fan on all speed settings to ensure the AIRCON module is communicating properly and the fault code clears.

   Reassemble

   Reinstall the cab roof headliner panels.
