Issue description
The voltage measured by the boost pressure sensor lies above the normal operating range. This typically indicates a sensor that is shorted to a high voltage source, a failed sensor, or an actual engine overboost condition.

Check the cause
Wiring and Harness Inspection: Check the wiring harness leading to the intake boost pressure sensor for any chafing, melting, or exposed wires that could cause a short to a high-voltage source.
Connector Check: Disconnect the sensor and inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or damage.
Mechanical Overboost Check: Verify that the turbocharger wastegate or actuator is not stuck closed, which could cause an actual overboost condition that the sensor is accurately reporting.
Live Data Verification: If you have a diagnostic tool, check the live data for the boost pressure sensor with the engine off. If it reads an impossibly high pressure without the engine running, the sensor is likely shorted internally and needs replacement.
Repair steps
Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery
to prevent electrical spikes.
Locate the Intake Boost Pressure Sensor
(often a combined Air Intake Temperature & Boost Sensor) on the engine's intake manifold.
Depress the locking tab on the electrical connector and carefully unplug it from the sensor.
Remove the mounting hardware
(usually a single bolt or threaded fitting) securing the sensor to the manifold.
Pull the old sensor out.
Clean the mounting port on the intake manifold, ensuring no debris falls into the engine.
Install the new OEM boost pressure sensor.
If it uses an O-ring, ensure it is lightly lubricated and seated properly.
Tighten the sensor to the manufacturer's specified torque and reconnect the electrical harness until it clicks.
Reconnect the battery.
Use a diagnostic tool to clear the 000102.00 fault code from the ECU.
Start the engine and test run the machine under load
to ensure the code does not return and boost levels are normal.
