   Visual Inspection: Check the high-pressure fuel pump, fuel rail, injector lines, and fittings for any obvious external diesel leaks.

   Live Data Monitoring: Connect a diagnostic tool (such as the AGCO WinEEM4 Service Tool) to monitor 'Actual Fuel Rail Pressure' versus 'Requested Fuel Rail Pressure' while the engine is under load.

   Injector Return Flow Test (Leak-off Test): Test the total injector return quantity. Excessive return flow indicates an internal mechanical failure of a fuel injector.

   Sensor Plausibility Check: Verify the wiring harness and connector to the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor for chafing, corrosion, or shorts.

   Relieve Pressure

   Ensure the engine is off and allow the high-pressure fuel system to depressurize completely before opening any lines.

   Perform Leak-off Test

   Disconnect the fuel return line from the injectors and attach a diesel diagnostic leak-off kit (graduated vials). Crank or run the engine as specified by the manual.

   Replace Faulty Injectors

   If one or more injectors show a significantly higher return volume than the others, replace the faulty injector(s). This is the most common cause of a 'leakage detected at load' code.

   Inspect/Replace the Pressure Sensor

   If the injectors pass the leak-off test, the issue may be a faulty Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor giving a false low reading, or a failing Pressure Control Valve (PCV) on the pump. Replace the sensor if its readings are erratic.

   Clear Codes

   Reassemble the fuel system, bleed the air from the lines, and use a diagnostic tool to clear the ECU fault log.

   Validation Drive

   Test drive the tractor under a heavy load to ensure the rail pressure meets the requested parameters and the code does not return.
