Issue description
This code indicates that the electronic control unit has detected an abnormally high electrical current (amperage draw) on the circuit responsible for the Park Brake Activated Solenoid. A "High Amp Draw" typically points to a short circuit in the wiring harness (short to ground), a shorted internal solenoid coil, or a severely corroded connector causing excessive electrical resistance.

Check the cause
Inspect the wiring harness leading to the transmission valve block (specifically the park brake solenoid) for any chafing, melting, or exposed wires that could be shorting to the tractor's chassis/ground.
Disconnect the park brake solenoid and inspect the connector pins for moisture, dirt, or corrosion, which can bridge the pins and cause a high amp draw.
Use a digital multimeter to measure the resistance (Ohms) across the pins of the park brake solenoid coil. If the reading is near zero (0 Ω) or significantly below the OEM spec, the coil is internally shorted and must be replaced.
With the solenoid disconnected, turn the key ON and test the harness side for a short to ground between the HITCH controller and the solenoid connector.
Repair steps
Secure the Machine
Park the tractor on level ground. Because you are working on the park brake system, chock the wheels securely to prevent the tractor from rolling.
Disconnect Power
Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical spikes while working on the transmission solenoids.
Locate the Solenoid
Locate the transmission control valve block on the side of the Dyna-6 transmission. Identify the specific Park Brake Activated Solenoid (refer to a dealer diagram if necessary, as the Dyna-6 has a bank of several solenoids for range changes and braking).
Remove the Faulty Solenoid
Disconnect the electrical plug. Depending on the valve block design, either remove the retaining nut at the end of the stem to slide the electromagnetic coil off, or unscrew the entire cartridge valve assembly from the block.
Install the New Part
Slide the new solenoid coil onto the valve stem (or thread the new cartridge in) and torque to OEM specifications.
Reassemble and Test
Reconnect the electrical harness. Reconnect the battery. Start the tractor, clear the inactive fault codes from the dashboard/monitor, and test the park brake engagement and disengagement to ensure the code does not return.
