   Check for related codes 10.00.14 or 10.00.15 (Air Vent Circulation Flap Position Sensor Voltage Issue). If present, the issue is likely electrical (wiring/sensor) rather than a mechanical motor failure.

   Inspect the HVAC fuses in the cab fuse panel to ensure none are blown.

   Inspect the wiring harness and connectors going to the air circulation flap motor for damage, corrosion, or loose pins.

   Access the HVAC box and manually inspect the air circulation flap. Dust, dirt, or debris can cause the flap door to bind, overloading the motor.

   Test the actuator motor connector for proper voltage and ground when the recirculation button is pressed in the cab.

   Access the HVAC unit.

   On most of the applicable Massey Ferguson models, the HVAC unit is located in the cab roof. You will need to remove the inner cab roof headliner panel to expose the assembly.
