Issue description
ECU internal fault 0107 triggered by a diagnostic fault check to report an error in the voltage ratio in ADC monitoring 88, indicating a hardware or voltage ratio anomaly within the engine control module's internal analog-to-digital converter circuits.

Check the cause
Measure the 12V supply voltage to the ECU to ensure it is within normal limits. Check for alternator failures or low battery voltage, which can cause internal voltage monitoring faults.
Connect the AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool (EDT) and verify the EEM4 unit is running the latest software, as outdated software can trigger false internal faults.
Save the error log in the EDT, then erase it. Restart the ECU/tractor. If the fault does not return, it may have been a transient voltage spike.
If the fault returns, check the system operation with a known-good replacement EEM4 controller. If the system is functional and the fault is not active with the test ECU, the original ECU is confirmed defective.
Repair steps
Connect EDT
Connect the EDT device to the tractor and select the correct tractor model and options.
Save Engine Log
Open the 'Diagnostic Test' page, select 'Save & Upload Engine Log,' and save the engine log information.
Save IQA Codes
Open the 'Calibration' tab, check the Injector Calibration (IQA) codes, and save them for later use.
Initiate ECU Replacement
Open 'Configuration,' select 'Engine ECU Replacement,' and push start.
Deactivate Old Unit
Push 'Continue Step 1,' turn the ignition switch to OFF, and wait exactly 2 minutes until power is completely cut from the control units.
Physical Replacement
Disconnect the wiring harnesses and unbolt the old EEM4 unit. Install the new spare part EEM4 unit.
Activate New Unit
Turn the ignition switch to ON. The EDT will read the serial number of the new EEM4 unit. Follow the on-screen EDT prompts to activate the unit and write the previously saved IQA codes to the new module.
