Check the cause

  1. Verify Recent Repairs: Check if Injector #2 was recently replaced. If a new injector was installed but not programmed into the ECU, this code will immediately trigger.

  2. Read Current ECU Data: Connect a compatible diagnostic scan tool (such as AGCO EDT, Jaltest, or Bosch ESI[truck]) and read the injector calibration codes currently stored in the Engine ECU.

  3. Visual Inspection: Locate cylinder #2 on the engine. Read the physical IQA/QR code printed on the top of the injector and compare it to the code stored in the ECU.

Repair steps

  1. Connect Diagnostic Tool

Plug your diagnostic scanner into the tractor's diagnostic port and establish communication with the Engine ECU.

  2. Navigate to Injector Coding

Access the "Calibrations" or "Injector Coding" menu within the engine management software.

  3. Input the Correct Code

If the code in the ECU does not match the physical injector, manually type the alphanumeric code found on the top of Injector #2 into the software.

  4. Save and Flash

Save the new configuration to the ECU.

  5. Clear Codes

Clear the 000652.13 fault code from the system.

  6. Test Run

Cycle the ignition key, start the engine, and let it idle. Verify that the fault code does not return.

  7. Injector Replacement (If Necessary)

If the code is correct but the ECU continually rejects it, or if the injector is electrically/mechanically failed, the injector must be replaced. After installing the new injector, you must perform steps 1-6 to program the new injector's unique code into the ECU.
