Massey Ferguson E652.13 – Engine ECU (EEM4): Injector Number 2 Calibration Code Issue
Issue description
The Engine Control Unit has lost the calibration code for cylinder #2, or the code currently programmed does not match/is invalid. This typically results in an engine power degradation (derate) of 50% to 75% to protect the engine.

Check the cause
Check recent service history to determine if Injector #2 was recently replaced without programming the new IMA code into the ECU.
Locate cylinder #2's fuel injector and write down the alphanumeric calibration code printed on the top of the injector solenoid head.
Connect the AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool (EDT) or WinEEM Service Tool to read the injector calibration codes currently stored in the ECU and compare the value for cylinder #2 against the physical code you wrote down.
Repair steps
Connect diagnostic tool
Connect the AGCO EDT or WinEEM (v3/v4/v5) Service Tool to the tractor's diagnostic port.
Turn ignition ON
Turn the ignition to the ON position (do not start the engine).
Navigate to programming menu
Navigate to the Engine ECU (EEM4) programming/calibration menu.
Input calibration code
Select the injector programming function and input the exact IMA calibration code printed on Injector #2 into the data field for Cylinder 2.
Save configuration
Save the configuration to the ECU.
Perform system reset
Turn the ignition OFF and wait for a minimum of 60 seconds to allow the ECU to power down and save the parameters, then turn the ignition back ON.
Clear fault codes
Clear the active fault codes.
Verify repair
Start the engine and verify that the fault code E652.13 does not return and that the engine operates without power degradation.
